Facebook timeline was introduced in f8 around September last. Timeline makes real evolution to your profile page which comes with a lot of enhanced features. As of now, this feature is only available to facebook application (app) developers to test it where the others can’t use it.

Below i show you the new and innovative feature of Timeline which normal users can’t see it.

If you’re not using Facebook Timline, you can’t see the image as above, instead you will see it as follows

This is a great feature which helps you in browsing your past in an easier way, though all may not like it as everyone have different choice/taste.

In this post I will tell you how to disable the Facebook timeline feature and get back the old Facebook “Wall” back.

Here are the steps:

1. Open the Facebook developer page.

3. Select the app from the left menu which you created while activating the Facebook timeline feature.

4. Click on “Edit App” at top right

5. On the edit app page, select “Delete app” from left menu (the last link) and confirm delete.

What else? You have done it! You are now free from the Facebook timeline feature and now write back on your wall and you would also be able to see others’ profiles as walls, not the timeline.
